Remove Instagram "Made with AI" label

Instagram labels posts when it detects AI metadata. Strip these signals — free, no signup.

Instagram automatically attaches a "Made with AI" label to photos that carry AI provenance metadata. Upload your image to check for those signals — then strip them before you post.

Why does this happen? Cameras, phones, and editing apps can embed C2PA Content Credentials — a tamper-evident record of how an image was made. When that record indicates AI involvement (a generated image, or even an AI-powered retouch), Instagram reads it on upload and may label your post. This tool finds those signals and removes them. Your pixels are never altered.

Files are processed securely on our server and deleted automatically after 30 minutes.

An honest limitation: Some AI systems embed watermarks directly into the image pixels themselves (for example, Google's SynthID). Those live in the picture data, not in metadata — so no metadata cleaner, including this one, can remove them. Learn more at synthid.com.
